We were recently invited to Pediped‘s first ever showcase event, featuring its latest fall/winter 2012 collection.
I am quite a fan of Pediped’s shoes, having stumbled upon them when I was on the look out for shoes for Noey when he first started walking. I wanted good shoes with very flexible soles and Pediped’s Grip ‘n’ Gos fit the bill. Noey moved rather quickly on to their Flex line, no thanks to his huge feet, and he himself fell in love with a pair of Amazon Sandals which he literally wore to school everyday for an entire year. He’s since moved on the Jones Blue Shoe which he wears everyday. As for Naomi, she started out in a pair of Abigail Mary Janes and they’re still a part of her shoe collection.
So yes, we love our Pedipeds!
We arrived at the launch at Seb’s Bistro just in time for the fashion show, and were pleasantly surprised to learn that the models were togged in in clothes from our favourite clothing line, Elly! Good choice, we say!

The cute models for the day.
Thanks to the Playhouse, the kids were happily entertained. We’ve been a number of times, so they were quite familiar with the offerings inside the hose. This time, it was the outdoor trampoline that caught their attention. Even Naomi had a go, and when she wasn’t complaining that Gor-gor had knocked her over, she loved it.
The best part about having the kids occupied is that it left me with some time to ogle at the shoes.
Gorgeous shoes for the tiny and not-so-tiny from Pediped’s Originals, Gripn’n’ Go and Flex ranges. All images from Pediped Singapore’s website.
(Yes, I’m partial towards these super cute girly shoes!)
I would have walked out with the lot if I could, but good sense prevailed. Now, if only they had those shoes in adult sizes…
* We attended this event on a media invite from Pediped Singapore. All opinions are strictly my own.
