Pineapple Tarts, Anyone?

February 5, 2021 by Mummybean 2 Comments

Guess who has staked claim over all our CNY goodies from pineappletartsg?

This boy was so excited about the snacks that he ate a good number of Love Letters before I realised, and later sneaked away 3 Pineapple Tarts into a box for the fridge for himself! Having a good selection has been such a huge temptation. Less than a week and about half of the goodies have been wiped out! 😅

We all have our favourites, the most popular being the pineapple tarts, naturally! The kids and the husband gravitated towards the open-faced Nyonya Tarts, with their generous dollop of pineapple jam, but my vote definitely went to their signature enclosed Pineapple Tarts. The buttery softness of the melt-in-your mouth pastry combining with the sweet goodness of pineapple jam is such a treat! All 100% handmade with premium ingredients and no preservatives. I honestly couldn’t resist and had to go eat two tarts after writing the previous sentence!

The other goodies that were a hit were the Salted Egg Crab Stick (gone within a day) and the Love Letters. I like my Love Letters fragrant and firm enough to just dissolve in your mouth, and the texture of these were really quite close to my ideal texture. 👍🏻 If you are a fan of Kueh Bangkit, you’ll probably find these right up your alley.

You can check out the full selection at pineappletart.com. Now if you’ll excuse me, I think I’ll go have a couple more tarts before they are all gone!
