Wet & Wild

November 24, 2009 by Mummybean 5 Comments

Water play areas have been burgeoning in Singapore — from the malls to the zoo, there are more and more of these little areas being created for little kids to just run around and make merry. I think it’s great cos with our usually sweltering weather, a splash in cool waters is just the perfect antidote.

We made a short trip to Vivo City on Saturday after DD had bought himself a pair of comfy Crocs slippers (which he is still very enthusiastic about), we spent most of our time messing around in the rather large play area on the 2nd floor. And my water-loving baby had a great time just getting wet!

Papa, I thought we were here for some fun — take me to go splash around! Now!

Ooo, water! Let me just grab that…

Hey, where did it go?

Raaar, maybe I’ll just scare the jets of water back to live!

Alright! They’re back! Now let’s see how many of these I can run through before my Mummy stops me.

Where is all this water coming from? If I can just get a little closer…

Ok, still can’t stop the water even after I use my whole arm and my body.

Pffft! Ok, you win, water!
